Desk Workout

We are talking about repetitive stress injuries...which I'm branching off of.  I know, you cannot contain your gasp of surprise...

So here are a few links I think could be helpful for those of us who stare at screens for long periods of time as we sit barely moving for long periods of time while our brains are working out like the Olympics are on the line.

To strengthen your eyes: HERE
Because your eyes are important.
Counterpoint: I recently read a particularly moving and articulate article written by a blind man. So I admit my statement here is geared toward the majority. You may be a storyteller, and that is SUPER, but as my sight gets worse, I realize that seeing the words the way most readers (excluding audio books) will see them is an important part of the process for me.

I am not suggesting you jump up on your desk and do squats while holding the stapler as the picture shows...but it made me laugh.
