My new favorite made-up holiday?
The book birthday! With release dates for books being such an event in the publishing world, the special day begins to feel like a party. So, in a bid for shameless self-promotion and punting just a bit on my personal love and hate for made-up holidays (really - you people don't want to hear me gripe about Mother's Day again, do you?), I switched with Linda.
I am the (temporary) Hump Day Whore and I have a new baby!
Please welcome FEEDING the VAMPIRE to the world.
Some flowers are always appropriate for a new book.
We took her out on Canyon Road yesterday, to enjoy the pottery.
A little siesta with some art.
Also, Fabulous Word Whore, Laura Bickle interviewed me on her blog today about Feeding the Vampire and how I came to write a post-apocalyptic, vampire erotica story.
Because, ahem, doesn't everyone?
